Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: If Client Arrives Late: We understand things happen, but we since we have a tight schedule and it would not be fair to our other clients to make them wait, we cannot be held responsible for the time missed. We will do our very best to fit in some photos in the remaining time if there is any time left to the late client's session but cannot guarantee this. No refund or discount will be made for arriving late to your session. However the client be allowed one reschedule. Cancellation Policy: If client cancels with less than 14 day notice prior to session or "no shows", then the 50% session deposit is retained and no refunds will be issued. The client will have the option to use the nonrefundable deposit as a credit towards one rescheduled booking. If the client cancels or rebooks the following rescheduled booking then the nonrefundable 50% deposit credit is no longer available to them. We hope you understand that this is a necessary practice to sustain our services. Photographer owns photos and printing rights. You’ll find our terms are fairly common practice among photographers. Client(s) receive printing and copy permission. However, Client(s) must credit Upstream Visual Works @upstreamvisualworks when posting on social media or any virtual or physical form of publishing.
